This Property Manager position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am at our Plattsburgh property located at 159 Plaza Blvd. Pay range is $24-$26/hr.

Reporting directly to the Regional Property Manager and Asset Manager, oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, administration and improvement of assigned portfolio. Monitor quality service, marketing and resident relations while maintaining the company investment. Utilize management skills to train and motivate leasing office staff to reach property management goals.
Salary : $24 - $26
