Based out of Syracuse, NY, Housing Visions works throughout Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.
This Regional Maintenance Supervisor is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm Friday 7:00am-11:00am. Based out of the corporate office in Syracuse, NY travel requirement is 100% to various areas around New York state. Pay range is $64,000-$66,000.

The Regional Maintenance Supervisor ensures continuous, efficient and safe completion of maintenance work performed on Housing Visions portfolio using the methods, tools, support, and oversight provided by the Facilities Manager and Property Management team. Ensures the quality of all maintenance services provided are delivered in the highest quality manner possible. The Regional Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager on ensuring: regular and preventative maintenance programs are followed, emergency preparedness and response plans are in place, assisting with processing work orders and training Laborers and Maintenance staff. The Regional Maintenance Technician will also facilitate special projects, as assigned.
