Compensation Range : $21 / hr - $24 / hr commensurate with experience

Overview :

The Quality and Innovation Manager oversees the Online Bookstore. Leading the team in ensuring production and financial goals are met. The Quality and Innovation Manager works with the Director of Operations in implementing and executing product training and tracking and reporting on experiments created to improve sales.

Responsibilities : Primary :

• Create strategic work plans to ensure that sales and operational goals are met
• In-depth knowledge of the sales platforms and software used for recording and reporting on experiments set in place to consistently improve processes and sales
• Provide training and support to the team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate merchandise and production
• Sets goals for the store team, manages execution, tracks progress, and measures results extensively using standard metrics
• Lead efforts in discovering alternative revenue channels including ebay and additional salvage vendors
• Work in cooperation with other departments, including but not limited to, Human Resources, In-kind Donations, Marketing, Thrift Experiments and Vocational Programs to ensure store and company needs / standards are met
