We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent and Assistant Manager to join our team! You will handle all leasing activities on behalf of the apartment community.

- Advertise vacant units with the power of the internet (Facebook, Craigslist, Apartment Locators, etc.)
- Prepare and execute lease documents, lease renewals, notices and more using Blue Moon Software
- Perform market surveys by utilizing "Apartments.com" and other reliable sources to assure that the we are staying within the same market price range as the surrounding competitors (yearly)
- Walk vacant units to make sure they are "Move-In Ready"
- Answer calls
- Post upcoming events/renovations on properties Facebook page
- Smiling Face!
- Knowledgeable with Onesite, Apartments.com, and Blue Moon Software
- Previous experience in multifamily industry
- Ability to build a friendly relationship with residents, staff and others
- Strong motivation to have documents organized
- Be available to work Saturdays
