Position Summary
The Technical Support Specialist supports the Adult and Graduate Studies division’s processes by providing technical support, project management, and data management.
OFFICE HOURS: Monday- Friday: 8:00-5:00, some evenings and weekends required.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage access and maintenance of Virginia office location.
- Assist in administrating Ring Central telephony system.
- Manage and develop Microsoft Power Platform Assets.
- Assist in managing and Developing LMS reporting in Canvas.
- Support AGS staff with troubleshooting and technology support.
- Work with IT department to administrate hardware and software systems.
- Maintain office/tech equipment inventory.
- Support SIS specialist in managing Slate reporting and processes.
- Provide project management and support in special projects and implementations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Banner and Slate preferred
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Proficiency conducting data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience managing higher education enrollment preferred.
- Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform applications.
