Job Description
- Define and execute full-cycle recruitment process for multiple locations in 5 states.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
- Lead college career fairs; including registration, travel arrangements, collateral logistics, booth setup and staffing.
- Identify target organizations, user groups, or professional associations to proactively source qualified candidates.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication.
- Initiate and track pre-employment assessments and character validation efforts.
- Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
- With on-boarding, create individual experiences unique to each new hire.
- Assist HR team in the execution of related HR projects and tasks.
Qualifications
- BS degree and SHRM certified professional preferred
- Four years recruiting experience desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge in using sourcing tools to proactively build candidate pipelines.
- Outstanding skills in communication, networking, ability to promote organization and negotiate opportunities.
- Advanced user with Microsoft Office products.
- Positive teamwork orientation; strong organizational skills; high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
