Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Interact and greet potential customers, introduce our client's products and services in order to educate customers, meet their individual needs, and close sales
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance expectation, including personal and team sales goals
- Communicate a desire for ongoing learning and welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and team performance
- Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality standards
- Create, foster, and grow relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Use available tools to stay current on client initiatives, promotions, and help execute profitable sales growth
