We are currently seeking an Entry Level Business Manager to come up with creative brand development, marketing trends, sales strategies and other advertising as needed. You will be responsible for creating and implementing internal and external consumer communication and work with customers in a retail setting to process a customers full sales cycle. If you’re highly creative, enjoy meeting with people, love finding new angles and have an eye for detail, you are in for an exciting chance to prove yourself.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Manager :
- Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and in person contact
- Process all sales orders by engaging directly with customers and answering an inquiries
- Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner and gain exceptional knowledge of services to be an expert
- Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remembering we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
- Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues
- Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company
