Our business is a growing, privately owned sales and marketing company in the local area. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level position with training that will be provided.

Ultimately, we are looking for a driven Sales Support Associate who likes to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with our clients about our many products and services.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Associate :
- Attract potential customers by engaging with them directly, answering service questions, and closing any sales directly
- Manage customer queries, concerns, and feedback related to orders, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Recommends services that will meet customers’ needs while actively promoting additional products, services, and packages where appropriate.
- Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting and analyzing customer acquisition information
- Foster collaborative teamwork by achieving collective goals and supporting colleagues when necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of services by staying up to date of the latest offerings
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed.
