Responsibilities
">- Provide high-quality support to patient care teams, performing delegated tasks under the direct supervision of a Physician and/or Registered Nurse.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
">- You must have a minimum of five years of medical assistant experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- You must hold a valid certification, such as RMA, CMA, or CCMA.
- You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
