Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately in medical records

Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and treatment options

Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement

Possession of current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with state licensure for practice is essential

Demonstrated experience in the field of Neurology is a prerequisite for this role

Proficient in diagnostic evaluation and adept in case management practices

Skilled in medical documentation and familiar with electronic health records (EHR) is necessary
