We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
