ROLE DESCRIPTION : Houston Tullos - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee the daily operations of the office.

Manage office staff and delegate tasks.

Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

Coordinate with other departments to support agency operations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in office software and management tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation : $60,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
