Location: Multi-Location, Utah AND Salt Lake County
Job Type: 20-40 (hours may be supplemented by working in store if candidate prefers a guaranteed higher amount)
Pay Scale: $600-$1,500 per week

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Catering Manager to lead our catering operations, ensuring smooth execution of orders while delivering top-notch service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, skilled in customer relations, and experienced in managing logistics for large-scale meal preparation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee all aspects of the catering program, including order coordination, pricing, and order execution/delivery.
- Manage catering orders from initial inquiries to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
- Build relationships for repeat orders with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to drive catering sales.
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies, packaging, and equipment.
- Ensure all food safety and health regulations are met during transportation and setup.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote catering services in partnership with our social media team, through business partnerships, and in-store promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in catering, restaurant service, or hospitality.
- Skills: Strong self motivation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of food preparation, portioning, and safe food handling.
- Personality: Energetic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
