What is this role all about?
The Accounting Manager is a self-starter that can oversee accounting operations and manage multiple sets of financial books. This is an ONSITE position that works out of the Miami, FL (Coconut Grove) office on a regular basis

- Oversee daily accounting operations and accounting team
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Training and mentoring accounting staff
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Optimize accounting systems and processes for efficiency
- Assist with audits as needed
- Manage state and local taxes
