Howard College is currently hiring an Enrollment Navigator on our Big Spring campus that will provide guidance to students during the onboarding process at Howard College. Additionally the position will do some recruitment work. The position is full-time and is required to work on-site.
Responsibilities
The Enrollment Navigator will collaborate with other areas of the college to ensure applicants successfully complete their enrollment steps and become Howard College students. The position will partner with campus departments to provide strategic communication to applicants about admission, financial aid, and advising. The position will design and support recruitment and registration campaigns and creative promotions to advance and increase enrollment.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree and additional education will be recognized. Four years related experience preferred. Skills needed to effectively perform job functions: effective leadership, strong organization and professional communication skills; knowledge of higher education admission policies and procedures as well as community college requirements and guidelines from state, regional and federal authorities. Ability to establish effective working relationships across the district and to interact with students andfamilies regarding application and admission processes and requirements.
Salary : $44,818 - $50,220
