Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Russells Point, OH with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing clients in the buying and selling of properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The agent will use their knowledge of the local property market to advise clients and help them make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with real estate software and tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
