Job Summary
As a seasoned leader, you will oversee a team of licensed sales agents, providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance and NAR best practices. You will develop and implement risk management plans, collaborating with brokerage operations to update state-specific policy addendums. Moreover, you will design and deliver training programs to enhance agents' understanding of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law. Your leadership skills will help establish and maintain a regional management structure that promotes scalability. You will work closely with department leads, including brokerage operations, finance, support, and other team members nationwide. Additionally, you will create and refine company-wide and state-specific brokerage operations manuals. By driving innovation in brokerage operations, you will effectively support the expanding agent base, utilizing remote digital technology to facilitate communication and collaboration.
