Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC is seeking candidates for a full-time Litigation and Corporate Legal Assistant position at our Las Vegas, Nevada office. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of attorneys, handling a wide range of tasks related to all phases of litigation and corporate matters. This role will particularly focus on Intellectual Property Litigation, business litigation, trust and estate planning, and probate.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Electronic filing in state and federal courts as needed
- Manage assigned attorneys’ calendars, dockets, and appointments
- Transcribe dictation and compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex litigation documents as needed
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond as necessary
- Maintain and complete attorney monthly time entry and billing
- Maintain client files in DMS (Netdocs) as well as the physical file
- Provide back-up support to other legal assistants as assigned or needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
