Duties
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Operate the phone system to answer, screen, and forward calls
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Support guest relations by addressing their needs efficiently
Skills
- Proficiency in phone systems and multi-line phones
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong hospitality mindset with knowledge of hotel management practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
