What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide/Cook position at Howard Memorial Hospital?
This is a full time position
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cook patient meals according to prescribed recipe
- Follow all safety and sanitation rules as well as all Federal and State guidelines for food service
- Prepare patient trays according to instruction and deliver to the PCU unit
- Provide cafeteria service to employees and public; as well as collect payment
- Perform and record temperatures of all required equipment
- Follow cleaning guidelines for kitchen and dish sanitation
- Follow instructions for all electrical equipment
Secondary Functions: All other duties assigned by CDM.
