Legal firm in downtown Fort Lauderdale is hiring a HRIS Analyst.
This role is 5 days onsite.
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience of HRIS or payroll.
Experience with UKG is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with HRIS system and be the point contact for technical issues.
- Manage system security and make sure user profiles are set correctly.
- Managed installs, updates and maintenance of the system
- Create training materials and job aids
- Work with the IT staff to design system specifications
- Set up timekeeping systems
- Write reports
- Assist with HRIS system upgrades
- Conduct audits of payroll, HR and benefit records
Salary : $70,000 - $88,000
