Investor Services Coordinator
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Investor Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Investor Services Group. This client-facing role focuses on managing inbound investor communications, maintaining a 10,000 contact database, and ensuring accurate investor support and documentation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience with Salesforce or Investran, with a preference for those with financial or Investor Relations exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Oversee the team’s email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate routing and response to inquiries.
- Contact Management: Maintain and update investor contact information in compliance with internal standards.
- Investor Portal Support: Provide user assistance for portal access and navigation while granting access to new users.
- Communication Distribution: Post investor updates and notifications on the reporting portal.
- Documentation: Collect and ensure accurate documentation for compliance and tax purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Salesforce or Investran is a plus.

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office), 9:00 AM–5:00/5:30 PM
Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 base, plus 15–20% bonus, paid OT, and profit sharing
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
