A Day in the Life
As the Investor Relations Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and engagement with the investment community. You also oversee key tasks such as distributing press releases, liaising with the NYSE, and organizing travel logistics for the Head of IR.
Beyond the logistics, you actively engage in learning opportunities, like participating in sessions with internal teams, to deepen your understanding of Prologis’s strategies. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities ensures the Investor Relations team remains organized, informed, and ready to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate logistics for company-hosted events such as conferences and investor days.
- Correspond with corporate access for non-deal roadshows.
- Schedule meetings with institutional investors and sell-side analysts and coordinate major internal meetings for the Head of IR & Head of FP&A.
- Distribute regular investor communications, including earnings releases and Prologis Research reports.
- Update presentation materials for investor decks and internal communications for both IR and FP&A.
- Maintain the investor relations website, internal database, and monitor the general IR inbox.
Manage vendor relationships and process related invoices and expense reports.
Support shareholder inquiries and assist with resolving issues effectively.
- Provide administrative support for the Head of IR.
Role Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in financial services, corporate communications, or investor relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- Work experience in financial services or commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with CRM or capital market intelligence systems.
- Interest in pursuing CFA or CPA certifications is encouraged.
