The Administrative Assistant III - Radiotherapy:
Full Time: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $17.03 - $27.25 (actual offer rates are based upon applicants relevant work experience related to the position)

The Administrative Assistant III - Radiotherapy:
Full Time: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $17.03 - $27.25 (actual offer rates are based upon applicants relevant work experience related to the position)
- Assists with daily administrative operations: coordinating and scheduling complex appointments and meetings, coordinating travel and preparing associated materials, preparing correspondence, compiling data, answering telephones, coordinating special projects and events, and records maintenance.
Compose correspondence with little to no supervision concerning administrative matters and general office policies for leadership’s approval.- Spearheads implementation of administrative policies.
- Develops priorities, areas of emphasis, scope of projects, and internal deadlines based on overall mission requirements.
- Creates and maintains monthly reports for leadership personnel, including ad hoc reports.
- Assists senior leadership personnel in the preparation for presentations
- Assist with Residency and Fellowship training programs, maintain all required records and offer suggestions for program operational processes when necessary.
- Assumes other duties and responsibilities that are related and appropriate to the position and area. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all-inclusive.
Qualified candidates will possess:
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred
Five (5) years of related secretarial experience
