What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Coordinator position at Howards Grove Family Dental?
We are looking for a friendly and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team and be the welcoming face of our dental practice. As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and the dental team.
In this position, you will handle a variety of front desk responsibilities including:
-Greet patients
-Schedule appointments and answer the phone
-Manage patient records and ensure meticulous record-keeping
-Coordinate patient treatment needs with staff
-Review treatment estimates with patients and answer any questions they may have
-Collect, process, and deposit payments
-Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in a dental front office role or dental assisting is preferred but not required
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge and familiarity of working with dental insurance is a huge plus!
-Proficient in basic computer skills and dental software
-Be able to multitask
-Strong attention to detail and organization skills is necessary
-Be able to work and communicate with our close-knit team
Classification: Full-time, regular/non-exempt, “at will” work status.
