About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator-Legal to provide administrative support to our team of Managing Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting organization, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and other team members as needed
- Organize travel arrangements and work with the Expense Management team to ensure Travel & Expense protocols are followed
- Assist with offsite and onsite meetings, including logistics, catering, and material preparation
- Maintain the office environment, including periodic refreshment checks and ordering
- Oversee administrative tasks, such as copying, scanning, printing, mailing, and distribution of materials
- Maintain vendor relationships and update user accounts and information
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent education
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong self-organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Detail-orientation and strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Professional demeanor and engaging personality
- Legally authorized to work in the US
