Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a some background in video production and post-production, with proficiency in various editing software. A high level of experience is prefered but not required. All of this work has been done in house prior to this and we are okay with teaching someone the our process. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in bringing our visual content to life. We are making videos about equipment and running an equipment dealership so any baseline knowledge about this subjects is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals and brand standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to understand project requirements and vision.
- Utilize imovie and capcut editing software to create engaging content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Conduct color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and workflows.
- Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots as needed, including photography support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Experience with graphic design principles and tools.
- Understanding of video production processes from pre-production through post-production.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in photography is advantageous but not required.
In addition to editing duties, this position will be responsible for uploading videos to our social media platforms including Youtube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, and X. This will include the copywriting for each uploads and thumbnail creation when neccessary.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
