Server / Bartender

Howling Rabbits Beerworks is a full-service Brew Pub that features house branded beers, a full bar, and a chef driven kitchen. We are open 11pm till 2am every day.

We are currently looking to hire servers and bartenders. The ideal person would have an engaging personality, a passion to serve others, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and most of all a will to prosper.

You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

Prior Bartending or Server experience working in a face paced environment is preferred.

TABC certification or the ability to become TABC certified prior to beginning work is required.

• Possessing knowledge of the bar, our craft beers, our craft cocktails, and the food menu.
• Upholding the integrity of Howling Rabbits BeerWorks while following steps of service to meet brand standards
• Be able to work efficiently in medium to high-volume food and beverage establishment.
• Maintain a positive demeanor while on the clock to create an optimistic and productive work environment
• Take coaching conversations and constructive feedback well and incorporate it into your daily routine
• Accurately take guest orders and ring them into the POS system (Toast)
• Input to-go orders and function with UberEats and DoorDash.
• Responsible for proper cash management with the bar drawer.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours
• The ability (at times) to move dining room furniture such as tables, chairs, and barstools
• Maintain a clean area and be able to execute side-work tasks
• Be able to create craft cocktails by following specific recipes and using proper measurement tools to ensure consistency.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
