Job Responsibilities

• Drives critical infrastructure improvements to support operations and ensure maximum uptime
• Acts as IT support liaison between local IT and BU/corporate IT groups – addressing and solving issues spanning multiple different technical areas.
• Example: Database/Server/Network operations troubleshooting
• Monitors backup of critical systems
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, 2D cameras, printers, and scanners
• Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT managed systems, including critical infrastructure systems.
• Monitors shop floor and business computer health to proactively identify failing hardware
• Participates in an on-call rotation
