- Monitors backup of critical systems
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, 2D cameras, printers, and scanners
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT managed systems, including critical infrastructure systems.
- Monitors shop floor and business computer health to proactively identify failing hardware
- Participates in an on-call rotation
