Production Trainee / CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

We have immediate openings for Production Trainees for our Machining Department for Night Shift. Must be able to work Night Shift Overtime.

Night shift is Monday-Thursday: 8pm - 6am.

Pay rate is based on experience. Experienced CNC Machine Shop Operators may be eligible for a higher starting rate depending on years of experience.

Production Trainees start at $21/hr. Pay increase after receiving level 1 qualifications (within 3 ½ - 6 months depending on candidate training). Candidates will be subject to a 90-day probationary and training period.

Experienced CNC Machinists pay is dependent upon qualifications and will continue to be subject to a 90-day probationary period.

Our Savannah Operations is a heavy industrial forging manufacturing plant located in Midway, Georgia, employs approximately 170 people and is poised for growth!

Candidates will perform a variety of tasks including the following: setting up and operating equipment for machining and inspections, operating hand tools, and other related general manufacturing work.

Job Requirements

• Candidates MUST be able to work Night Shift
• This position may require overtime on Fridays as needed and directed by operations
