Shipping Coordinator (Weekend Material Control Processor) – Plant 3

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join Plant 3, Whitehall Casting Operation in Whitehall, MI. The position will train on days and will transition to 3–12-hour shift: 9:00AM to 9:00PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) OR 4 - 10-hour shift: Noon – 10:00PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday).

Responsibilities for the Shipping Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing shipping/receiving documentation for incoming and outgoing materials, including preparation export control documentation
• Receipt of materials
• Order entry
• Maintain and prepare hazard waste manifest log
• Learn and support key Shipping Department functions to serve as back up when required
• Other duties as assigned
