The program consists of 10-14 weeks of structured hands-on training involving plant tours, seminars, networking events, speaker training, and a project selected to add direct value to the business. At the conclusion of the program, interns will present their projects to plant managers, supervisors, and mentors. Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Ceramic Engineering) from an accredited institution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment.
- Relevant internship/work/research experience a plus.
