Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
- Review and verify order information, including product availability, pricing, and delivery details.
- Communicate with internal departments (sales, inventory, and shipping) to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Prepare and generate order documentation (invoices, shipping labels, packing lists, etc.).
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure products are packaged and shipped correctly.
- Provide reports on order statuses and fulfillment performance to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or related roles.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
