Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
• Review and verify order information, including product availability, pricing, and delivery details.
• Communicate with internal departments (sales, inventory, and shipping) to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Prepare and generate order documentation (invoices, shipping labels, packing lists, etc.).
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure products are packaged and shipped correctly.
• Provide reports on order statuses and fulfillment performance to management as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or related roles.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.
