$200K+ High growth Strategic Finance Director opportunity!

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Director to lead high-impact financial and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. This individual will be responsible for driving corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), supporting decision-making at the executive level, and ensuring the company’s finance functions scale effectively. The role requires both strong analytical capabilities and exceptional relationship management skills, as you will work closely with the VP of Finance, CEO, and COO to provide data-driven insights that shape the company’s financial and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development and execution of the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning to align with corporate goals.
• Financial Reporting & Insights: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including in-depth variance analysis, key operating metrics, and trend identification. Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust financial models at both the corporate and operational levels, tracking key variances and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Executive & Investor Communication: Assist in preparing board decks, investor presentations, and executive materials, translating complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives.
• Strategic Initiatives & M&A Support: Support valuation, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and partnership processes, providing financial due diligence and modeling as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in financial reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
