Hoxton Circle has partnered with a local pharmaceutical client in King City in south Monterey county to complete an interim / contracted project for the Accounting team. The role will partner and work directly with the company Controller and is estimated between 1-2 months with an opportunity for extension based off candidate performance. Medical benefits available through Hoxton Circle.
Project Duties :
- Process PTO calculations
- Set up fixed assets GL cards in MS Dynamics.
- Compute depreciation schedules.
- Obtain PTO reports from the payroll service
- Completed some of the missing calculations from PTO reports
