The Accounting Manager will be the heart of the financial strategy, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all accounting activities. This role will report into the Controller level.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts that support strategic decision-making.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and issues are promptly addressed.
- Identify areas for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.
- Partner with other departments to support business objectives and provide financial guidance that drives organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience managing, training, and/or leading projects amongst staff (can be a senior accountant with some leadership experience looking for a promotion).
- Minimum five years of overall accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but work equivalency will suffice.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
