What You'll Do:
- Supervise and provide oversight for all financial functions.
- Lead analysis of financial statements and records/transactions.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes.
- Identify risk factors and analyze business trends.
- Oversee the accounting department's operations and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with tax reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Handle cost accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and transactional reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA is preferable
- 9-12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Proven track record in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment.
- Experience with multi-company/divisional financials, budgeting, and job costing.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is a huge plus;
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- High standard of integrity and sound business ethics.
