What You’ll Do- Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
- Own monthly financial statements and key reporting.
- Manage bank audits, compliance, and financial analysis.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Ensure accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Drive innovation by improving systems and workflows.
Skills & Expertise:
- Financial leadership with a passion for accuracy.
- Excel & QuickBooks mastery for streamlined reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience & Education:
- 5 years in accounting, including leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting (CPA preferred).
