Lead a Fast-Growing Accounting & Finance Team as a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Corporate Accounting
Compensation is competitive: base salary up to $220k cash bonus
I'm currently partnering with one of my favorite clients, a high growth Private Equity firm, on the hunt for a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Corporate Accounting to build a world-class accounting function. You'd be the right hand to the Director of Accounting and work together to reinvent a different type of accounting/finance function that's scalable, flexible, and fit for high growth. They are looking for critical thinkers who can help empower and lead change.
What you'll do:
- Build, lead and mentor an awesome team
- Oversee financial reporting for a complex business with many entities and subsidiaries
- Optimize financial reporting & closing processes to be as efficient as possible
- Own the prep of financial statements, technical accounting, and monthly reporting
- Drive automation solutions to streamline workflows.
- Partner with Tax, Treasury, & FP&A
You are:
- 8-20 years of Financial Reporting & Accounting experience in complex environments.
- Industry experience in Private Equity, Asset Management, Financial Services preferred but not required
- Experience in both Public and in-house accounting a plus but not required
- CPA preferred but not required
- Down to work at a fast pace with high energy
Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
