What You’ll Do:
As a key leader in our finance and accounting team, reporting directly to the CFO:
- Strategize and Analyze: Lead FP&A processes, design long-term financial models, and oversee tax forecasting.
- Plan and Forecast: Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts for diverse entities, ensuring smooth short-term and long-term liquidity management.
- Lead and Inspire: Manage a skilled finance team, fostering their growth while driving excellence across all operations.
- Collaborate and Present: Work closely with the CFO and leadership team, providing actionable insights and delivering impactful presentations.
- Innovate and Solve: Dive into special projects, streamline processes, and bring creative solutions to complex challenges.
What you'll bring:
- Analytical thinking and Excel wizardry
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex.
- A proven track record of at least 10 years in finance and accounting, with 5 in a managerial role.
- Experience in FP&A (bonus points for investment management experience)
- Impeccable integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
