Job Title: Frame Supply Clerk
We are currently hiring a Frame Supply Clerk to join our team at HOYA Vision Care.

Responsibilities:
The Frame Supply Clerk will be responsible for pulling frames for all supply frame orders and special ordering frames when necessary. Key duties include:
Secondary Responsibilities:
In addition to primary duties, the Frame Supply Clerk may assist in the Frame to Come area when needed, stock replenishment products, and assist in the lab as required.
Production and Quality Goals:
The Frame Supply Clerk is expected to complete all daily tasks on time prior to the end of shift with less than 1% errors.

No experience is required for this position.

- Prioritizing work based on start dates and following standard operating procedures.
- Picking the appropriate frame to fulfill prescriptions.
- Stocking and logging frames to decrement inventory correctly.
- Sending work to the designated tracing area.
- Ordering replenishment products daily.
- Cycle counting frames.
- Notifying customer accounts of backorders or delays in product receipt.
