- Help reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Assist in reviewing and validating financial documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable transactions in the financial system.
- Prepare reports related to accounts payable and receivable, including aging reports.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable or receivable.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team, including filing, organizing financial documents, and updating databases.
- Participate in the development and improvement of Accounting processes and systems.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a hands-on team contributor.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments/teams located around the world.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intern to complete Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Reconciliation.
