- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Help track project progress and ensure that milestones are being met according to schedule.
- Coordinate project tasks between teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Participate in team meetings and assist in preparing project updates and reports for senior management.
- Help identify and address any project-related issues or risks, escalating them when necessary.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project goals, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Assist with the organization of project resources, schedules, and deliverables.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc project-related tasks as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a focus in Project Management.
- Completed or in the process of completing relevant coursework in project management principles, organizational behavior, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership or involvement in managing school projects, student organizations or volunteer work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented including ability to manage and track project details and documentation.
- Strong work ethic and motivated to contribute to the success of projects and demonstrate initiative.
- Teamwork and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- PMI familiarity and/or Certifications in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, CSM, CSPO, PSM, others).
- Previous internship experience including some exposure to Project Management.
- Familiarity with Project Management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Clarity, Planview, others).
- Must be a hands-on team contributor.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments/teams located around the world.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exposure to multiple non-confidential projects already in progress.
