Job Description
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in market analysis, real-estate site selection, and business operations? Our Growth Team is seeking a Growth Operations Intern to support our Site Review Process, helping to drive key decision-making for new location opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Review & Market Analysis: Conduct preliminary site assessments using internal databases and market trends, applying defined review scenarios
* Reporting & Insights: Summarize findings and provide insights to the EVP of Operations for decision-making
* Tracking & Follow-Ups: Maintain a site review tracker, monitor progress, and ensure follow-ups are completed
* Presentation Support: Create PowerPoint maps and visual materials for site review decks
* Administrative & Documentation: Assist with various documentation and administrative projects related to growth operations
Qualifications:
* Current student or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and market trends
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (experience with mapping tools is a plus!)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing and presenting information
