Job Description
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in market analysis, real-estate site selection, and business operations? Our Growth Team is seeking a Growth Operations Intern to support our Site Review Process, helping to drive key decision-making for new location opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Review & Market Analysis: Conduct preliminary site assessments using internal databases and market trends, applying defined review scenarios
- Reporting & Insights: Summarize findings and provide insights to the EVP of Operations for decision-making
- Tracking & Follow-Ups: Maintain a site review tracker, monitor progress, and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Presentation Support: Create PowerPoint maps and visual materials for site review decks
- Administrative & Documentation: Assist with various documentation and administrative projects related to growth operations
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (experience with mapping tools is a plus!)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing and presenting information
- Hands-on experience working directly with industry leads and gain real-world exposure to growth strategy and market analysis
- Professional development through data analysis, research, and business operations
