- Operate phone systems effectively, ensuring clear communication with clients and team members.
- Assist in office management duties, including organizing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized in a computerized system for easy access.
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
