Responsibilities:
The Thought Leadership Programming & Operations Lead will play a key role at the heart of our HP-level thought leadership communications initiatives, developing and driving pan-HP thought leadership programs.
Ensure our thought leadership programs and output are purpose-driven, relevant and coordinated.
Work across senior stakeholders, agencies, marketing, sales and communications to created integrated comms campaigns.
Partners/contacts across HP to work with partners to integrate our thought leadership planning into BU and market execution plans/calendars.
The Thought Leadership Programming & Operations Lead will act as an essential conduit between Thought Leadership team and overall HP organization so candidate must be a connector.
Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent writing, editing skill; journalism experience a plus.
Strong organization and program management skills.
Global experience a plus.
Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results.
Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
Fluency in English.
Impact/Scope:

May interact with senior management in the company.
Complexity:
High – Extensive cross- functional/cross-organizational senior management interface; deals with complex strategic issues.
Education & Experience:
Associate Degree or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred).
6 years of work experience in related field.
Per the state of California statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $160K - $180K. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
