HPC Ventures is a growing company looking for a success focused person. We are a specialty printing and assembly company with both a consumer and medical division. We have a small team and we are looking for a Business Manager to free up our CEO's time and responsibilities. Someone who can manage the office, assist in sales and customer service, and keep track of financial activities.
We are looking for a personable employee who is organized and work across several disciplines to ensure the variable daily operations stay on track. They should be self-driven to learn and want to tackle new tasks with urgency. They will be the core team member of the office support staff. Accounting or bookkeeping experience or understanding will be helpful in this role. This role will work with the CEO to ensure tactical daily tasks are resolved in a timely manner.
Exceptional past work experience and a positive attitude can over shadow lack of formal education; but education is a valued asset in the company. Communication and respect is key in this role as the candidate will need to work as a good team member and lead others in defined work tasks.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient communication among staff.
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in business development efforts through outbound calling
- Utilize ERP and email software to maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Ability to manage a hybrid virtual and in-person team
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounting practices
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and ERP system
- Skills in negotiation and B2B sales
- Knowledge of inside sales techniques
- Background in business development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
